Will Savino (b. 1992) is a composer and producer from Buffalo, NY. He has studied with Charles Ruggiero, Bruce Diehl, Eric Sawyer, Harold Meltzer, and Lewis Spratlan. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelors of Music and Economics in 2014 and received his Masters of Music in Composition from Michigan State University in 2017.
Will's compositional output includes dozens of jazz tunes, arrangements, and big band charts, a collection of chamber music for unusual ensembles, a two-act musical comedy, and a wide breadth of solo recordings. In all of his work, he blurs the lines between jazz, classical, and popular music genres.
Scoring for media, Will has written and produced music for games, podcasts, PSAs, and various promotional videos. He is particularly focused on making music for games, and is proficient with FMOD for audio integration.
Will is currently based out of Lansing, Michigan, and is available for commissions, film scoring, video game soundtracks, and gig opportunities. All of his scores are available for free upon request.
